Now that you are ready to embark on your actual home search, we will provide you a list of all possibilities. Together we will review this list and decide upon which houses you are most interested. By previewing homes, we will save you valuable time when you begin to view the homes yourself. We will be able to point out potential problems in advance and rule out homes that do not meet your wants and needs.
Once The Somerset Alliance L.L.C. has found homes for you to view, we will arrange for you to walk through the property at your convenience. We will provide you with pictures and summary of the prospects on a CD for your convenience. We will continue to update your possibilities list as the market changes and as you refine your priorities.
