My fiance and I recently worked with Jay on the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. We had decided to move out of our traditional suburban neighborhood and into a more natural setting. Since! we were looking for a newer home on an acre+ lot, had a very specific budget, and tend to be very picky, we initially thought we would be looking for months before we found the right property. Jay was very patient with us as we went over our detailed property to suit our needs no matter how long it took.
That first week we started looking, Jay provided us with a comprehensive list of properties available on the market that met the requirements we had listed. We selected a few of those to visit and began touring homes. Surprisingly, the 3rd home Jay took us to see turned out to be the perfect home for us, and we made an offer! After some negotiation, the house was ours. Throughout the negotiation process, contract signing, and closing, Jay was very available, patient, and knowledgable about the different steps along the way. The whole process was extremely smooth. We were even able to get some seller concessions I would not have thought to ask for thanks to Jay! 's advice, which saved us thousands of dollars.
Jay also helped us sell our existing home. Because of his help with pricing the home fairly, but to sell quickly, and some recommendations on how to present the home, we had a full-price offer for our home signed within 3 days after going on the market. We could not be more pleased with the whole process.
Both our sale and purchase transactions with Jay were ideal. Throughout the whole process, there was never any pressure or haste. All along the way, Jay provided sound professional advice, but also listened closely to our concerns and questions and let us make our own decisions. We really enjoyed working with Jay, and would definitely use him as our agent again in the future.

We've been in our new house for 9 months now, and we couldn't be happier.
